In regards to requirements, you will find the standard requirements in the handbook to your vehicle but as a rule of thumb, your caravan or motorhome needs to be serviced on or around the date of the original 1st’s owners date of purchase. Some Manufacturers do however required certain service dates to be met for example “years 3, 6 and 9 have to be done within 30 days before the original date of purchase“

All warranty claims that are found upon a Full Service by Melton Caravans will be submitted on your behalf to the manufacturer of your Caravan or Motorhome completely FREE of charge for current and new customer's.
whilst we are happy to accept none customer Warranty claims (Caravans or Motorhome that have not been serviced by us and by another company), this will come with an administrative fee of £60 for us to carry out the necessary checks, diagnostic and administrative paperwork to submit your claim.
Existing customers will always carry priority over workshop bookings and warranty investigation's.

Melton Caravans do not have no part to play in the approval or rejection of your claim and should such arise you would need to take this up with your manufacture's customer care team to resolve any disputes.
